Action Institute

Action Institute is an independent, bipartisan and no profit “Action Tank”. It’s born as civic response to address the urgency of the current economic and social crisis that hit Italy since 2008.\
Action Institute is composed of a group of distinguished professionals who excelled in their field of activity, which work on a purely personal and pro bono manner, in order to develop actionable and high-impact proposals to boost the competitiveness of Italy.
Action Institute wants to aggregate people of recognized integrity and proven merit, motivated by a strong civic commitment and coming from a broad and diverse set of backgrounds (industry, finance, entrepreneurship, legal, innovation, consulting, academia, government, judiciary, art and culture, science and media).
Action Institute offers to institutions: access to diversified competences (horizontal, vertical and systemic) and to the best comparative and global practices; interaction with a professional counterparty, motivated by civic sense, that is credible, independent and keen to work on specific projects and focused actions to boost the competitiveness of Italy.

Aspen Institute Italia

Aspen Institute Italia’s mission is to internationalize the country’s entrepreneurial, political and cultural leadership, as well as to promote the free exchange of ideas and beliefs, in a search for common values, knowledge and interests. Programs focus on the problems and challenges facing today’s decision-makers in politics, economics, academia and the media, with particular attention to the business world.

Center for American Studies

The CSA is a meeting point between U.S. and Italian culture and politics. A locus of Exchange between the two countries since the beginning of the 20th century, the Center hosts American and Italian writers, artists, and scholars for conferences, lectures and press meetings.


The American Chamber of Commerce in Italy

The American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (AmCham) is a private non-profit. It is affiliated to the Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC. It includes more than three million businesses. It ‘also a founding member of the European Council of American Chambers of Commerce, the organization that promotes free trade between the European Union and the United States.
In addition to its headquarters in Milan, AmCham is represented in major Italian and US cities through a network of local representatives.

The Council For The United States and Italy

The Council for Relations between Italy and the United States is a bilateral private association, non-profit and non-partisan, founded in 1983 on the initiative of prominent Italian and American personalities, including Gianni Agnelli and David Rockefeller. The aim of the Council is to promote and develop the relations between the two countries and, more generally, between Europe and America. The membership and activities are focused on the field of economics and finance. The Association is headed by Sergio Marchionne, Chairman and CEO of FCA.
