Tracy is from California but has lived half her life in Rome where she set up her business working with the international community in Italy. Her love for both the United States and Italy has led her to pursue business opportunities in both countries. She co-founded and currently serves as Vice President of LoveItaly, a non-profit cultural association that raises international funds for Italian cultural heritage restoration projects. LoveItaly is a special project of LVenture Group and its Rome offices are in the Start-Up Accelerator LuissEnlabs.

Conceived the original business idea, drew up the first business plan and carried out all aspects of business start-up. Since then, the company expanded to include publishing services, event organization and wide-scale public relations and marketing campaigns for clients.
